All content, including software, graphics, text, designs, and other materials provided through our Services (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Six Kin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. For any paid Services or app purchases, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes in a timely manner. Unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement, all payments are non-refundable. The Company's total liability in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Services.
The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Six Kin and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, the jurisdiction in which Six Kin is incorporated, excluding any conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Six Kin regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or communications. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of Six Kin to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
